Following its philosophy of supporting young talent, Sinterpack joins the STEM TALENT GIRL project promoted by the ASTI Foundation as a silver sponsor. Initiative that aims to awaken STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) vocations in girls and young women. The promotion of these vocations is aimed specifically at women, with the goal of inspiring and empowering the next generation of women leaders in science and technology.
Through this collaboration, Sinterpack will make its knowledge and facilities available to the young women participating in the program, where they will be able to learn about the day-to-day life of a robotics company in which many STEM professionals already work.
This agreement is materialized with the realization of a practical workshop, several guided visits to the company’s facilities and the possibility of receiving mentoring from Sinterpack professionals.
With this collaboration, the company from Burgos aims to bring the youngest women closer to the business reality and to value their abilities. Ultimately, getting each one to be what she wants to be, giving them a real perspective, in which they are aware that if they want to, they can.
