This time, it does so by participating in the <strong>Dual Training<\/strong> program, promoted by Femebur, the metal sector employers&#8217; association in Burgos. This initiative, which began two years ago as a pioneer in Spain, aims to bring training closer to small and medium-sized companies in the sector.<\/p>\n<p>The program will start in September and will provide the beneficiaries, previously selected by Ecyl and the participating companies, with the  <strong>certificate of professionalism in assembly and maintenance technician<\/strong>Once they have been trained in Formatec&#8217;s classrooms and, in turn, have worked in the companies under the supervision of a tutor.<\/p>\n<p>The student who occupies the position offered by Sinterpack will be entitled to unemployment benefits and the coverage of the Wage Guarantee Fund, and will receive, on behalf of the company, a <strong>salary similar to that of a laborer<\/strong> according to the hours worked. This is the main novelty this year, since in the last edition the economic retribution was equal to that of an apprentice.<\/p>\n<p>The dual training program is open to <strong>unemployed people between 16 and 30 years of age<\/strong> and has a minimum duration of one year and a maximum of 3 years, extendable annually. Working hours shall be full-time, with no overtime, night work or shift work permitted.<\/p>\n<p>Applications may be submitted, by submitting a curriculum vitae, at Femebur&#8217;s headquarters and at the businessman&#8217;s house.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to <strong>Sinterpack<\/strong>, nine other companies from Burgos are participating in the project: Nicol\u00e1s Correa Service, Talleres Marcos Carretillas, Edscha, Casple, Nicol\u00e1s Correa Electr\u00f3nica, Hiperbaric, Manufacturas met\u00e1licas Hermanos Aus\u00edn, Ferrinox and Burmetal.<\/p>\n<p>With this project, Sinterpack further expands its training plan and its commitment to <strong>young talent<\/strong>. The company, which already collaborated with public and private vocational training centers, universities and various entities, adds with this new position, five people being trained in its plant.
