Over the last years SINTERPACK has been applying its automated palletising systems in different fields such as celluloses, automotive or household appliances. By this way it has expanded its main work field, which is the FMCG.

SINTERPACK has specialized in depalletizing and transport of E2 plastic trays, as well as in their stacking and palletising with fresh products like meat or fish. It has references in box fillingof sausages in this kind of containers, as well as experience in pre-cooked meals, ultra-frozen food and fish. Regarding canned fish and vegetables, we have developed compact full layer grippers.

Distribution chains and small supermarkets demand novelties in Packaging formats. The limitations of space in the supermarkets shelves and the expenses to replace consumer goods such as sugar or cookies have caused the appearance of the so called box-pallets.

Present in the dairy and juice subsectors in Spain since 1965, SINTERPACK has developed end of line and robotic palletising systems with capacity to work with multiple production lines simultaneously. This technology permits to handle, with a single robot, lines with small formats (2 x 2) and trays of up to 400 x 600 at the same time, offering a maximum capacity per robot of 10.000 boxes/hour.

The so-called collaborative robots are a new generation of robots thatare characterized by their interaction with human beings within production lines. They are easily programmed and integrated with humans in manufacturing environments where they can work together without the safety restrictions that are mandatory in typical industrial robotics applications.
